The new agreement will launch the second Hotel Indigo property in the New Administrative Capital. The hotel is part of an upcoming mixed-use development.
This marks the second collaboration between JADEER and IHG, reflecting the success of their first venture. It reinforces IHG’s confidence in JADEER’s projects.

Eng. Mahmoud Abou El Khair, Chairman of JADEER Group, said the agreement extends their successful collaboration with IHG.
He emphasized that repeating the experience shows mutual trust and a shared vision to deliver world-class developments combining residential, commercial, and hospitality components.
This step follows the success of RED G in New Cairo, which introduced a mixed-use model with serviced apartments, offices, retail, and a 120-room hotel.
Abou El Khair added that Hotel Indigo Cairo – New Administrative Capital will have approximately 140 rooms. IHG will manage the hotel internationally.
JADEER Group retains ownership, creating added value for both investors and project residents.
He noted that Hotel Indigo is based on a philosophy delivering hospitality experiences inspired by local culture and identity.
Through contemporary design and services reflecting the area’s spirit, the project will offer a unique character blending authenticity with modernity.
The Chairman highlighted that JADEER operates through two subsidiaries: Grow Contracting and Pantera for Design & Finishing.
The Group has delivered over 75 residential and commercial projects, with total investments exceeding EGP 8 billion.
Its expansion plan includes five new mixed-use developments with investments approaching EGP 20 billion.
