La Vita Development starts first deliveries for Lavita 2 Project in Summer 2026 and completes 45% of Lavita 4 construction.
La Vita Development company announced starting the first deliveries for “Lavita 2” project in the North Coast during the summer 2026. This will allow clients to enjoy their units during the upcoming summer season. At the same time, the company completed 45% of the construction works at “Lavita 4” project.
Amr Abdel Aziz, La Vita Development Chairman, said that the company completed the constructions of the buildings of Lavita 2 project. He confirmed that finishing works have started according to the highest quality standards. The company works on the project with a strict timeline, regardless of market fluctuations. Therefore, this reinforces its commitment to clients.
He added that “Lavita 2” project includes 160 units with different areas between 50 and 90 square meters. Each unit was carefully designed to maximize space and ensure high quality of life and luxury.
He also revealed the company’s plan to launch a hotel on an area of two acres in New Alamein. All project details will be announced soon. This project will represent a boom in terms of location, interior design, and investment opportunities. The company focuses on developing innovative projects with unique and unconventional investment systems. Thus, it maintains its leadership in the real estate development sector.

Reaching the fourth project in the North Coast reflects clients’ confidence and their desire to purchase new units.
He noted that “Lavita 4” is a residential and tourist project on an area of six acres. It features five swimming pools, kids’ areas, elevators, a gym, a mosque, an aqua park, artificial waterfalls, green areas, a shopping mall, and hotel-managed units.
He mentioned that approximately 75% of “Lavita 4” has been sold. Work continues in the first and second phases of the project. It is planned to start delivery in 2027. The project includes various premium recreational amenities, including six swimming pools, an aqua park, restaurants, and cafes.
He revealed that La Vita Development offers hotel management services. These services allow clients to rent out their units during periods of non-use. This ensures a dual benefit, as clients can both enjoy their units and earn a return on investment.
