Madinet Masr, a prominent urban community developer in Egypt, has announced the launch of its newest phase/project, “Esse Residence,” in Sarai.
Strategically positioned in close proximity to the News Administrative Capital (NAC), the project represents a total investment of EGP 10 bn and aims to generate revenues of EGP 18.2 bn.
Esse Residence distinguishes itself with expansive spaces, covering a total land area of over 400,000 sqm (95 feddans) and comprising 1,804 diverse residential units.
These include the Signature S-Villa, ranging from 212 to 239 sqm, as well as standalone villas starting from 175 sqm.
Additionally, the project offers a variety of Duplexes, Lofts, Apartments, and Studios ranging from 50 to 220 sqm. The project is anticipated to be completed within a four-year timeframe.
