Al-Oula contracted SDA Engineering Group as the project’s architectural consultant. The company also partnered with GCM Consultants as management and operations consultant. Both firms have strong reputations and proven track records. These partnerships reinforce Al-Oula’s commitment to deliver a landmark project.
The Miura compound is part of Al-Oula’s expansion plan to develop integrated urban communities. The company focuses on high-demand areas like New Zayed with strong infrastructure and diverse services.
The compound includes standalone villas. Al-Oula Developments dedicated half of the land to green spaces and landscaping. The company allocated only 15% of the land to buildings. It reserved the rest for utilities, roads, and services.
Amenities include a cinema, a central park, a gym, surveillance systems, and a private garage for each villa. The project will also feature an electric vehicle charging station. Al-Oula offers flexible payment plans starting with a 5% down payment. Installments are available for up to 15 years.
