GEDICO Communities has announced the construction of Nebu Business Court in the New Capital. This comes only five months after the project’s launch. The investment exceeds EGP 3bn, highlighting the company’s strong financial position.
CEO Mohamed Awaad Habeeb stated that construction started in record time. He emphasized that this strategy maintains GEDICO’s credibility. It also ensures the company honors its commitments to clients and delivers world-class real estate developments.
Nebu Business Court occupies a strategic location. It overlooks the House of Representatives, Senate, City of Justice, Al-Shaab Square, Cabinet headquarters, and Misr Mosque. Therefore, it is one of the most prominent administrative projects in the area.
The project is the first administrative building in the New Capital with ISO 14001 certification. It is also designed to receive LEED certification. Thus, it reflects GEDICO’s commitment to modern construction standards and green architecture.
CUBE Consultants designed the project, which has two towers, north and south. They are connected by a central plaza and a panoramic bridge. Each tower includes two basement parking levels and nine flexible administrative floors.
The main entrance has a 16-meter-high Pharaonic design. It is inspired by ancient Egyptian temple halls. This emphasizes the project’s luxury and unique architectural identity.
The ground floor includes branches of several Egyptian banks. It also features the largest private conference hall in the New Capital’s business community. Consequently, GEDICO aims to maximize administrative and investment activity diversity for tenants.
