Dr. Engineer Ahmed Al-Zalat, Chairman of the Board of Directors, stated that the goal of establishing and launching (Gedico) for Real Estate Development is to exploit a large portfolio of lands owned by the group.
It plans to develop it and provide a distinct and unique real estate product that will be added to the name of the Zalat Group and add to the Egyptian market projects that are comparable to international projects, placing Egypt on the map of the best developed countries and providing projects with which we compete globally, helping to export real estate and providing dollar revenues to be pumped into the artery of the Egyptian economy.
Dr. Engineer Ahmed Al-Zalat revealed that the group owns a large land portfolio in a number of different cities in the Arab Republic of Egypt, the most important of which is the New Administrative Capital, the mecca for real estate investment not only in the Middle East region but also on a global level. This is in addition to owning lands in the East Cairo region and Port Said Governorate، Gedeco Real Estate Development aims to implement a diverse and unique group of projects, ranging from residential, commercial, administrative, and medical, in cooperation with a distinguished group of success partners, major consulting offices, and architects to provide unique engineering and architectural designs.
Dr. Engineer Ahmed Al-Zalat said that the strategy of the company (Gedico) depends on providing decent projects in the name of the Al-Zalat Group to form a diverse and large customer base that trusts the group’s name. The strategy of the Gedico company is to be among the ranks of real estate companies operating in the Egyptian market.
