Mass Developments Showcases Yardin New Cairo and Olin Social District at Cityscape Egypt 2025

Mass Developments has announced its participation in Cityscape Egypt 2025. The exhibition is the country’s largest real estate event. It will take place from 24 to 27 September.

The company will be present in Hall 3, Booth A60. It will showcase its flagship projects Yardin New Cairo and Olin Social District. The developer will also present special offers and competitive prices.

Eng. Atef Monai, Chairman of Mass Developments, stated that the participation reflects the company’s commitment to major real estate platforms. This provides an opportunity to showcase projects to a broad base of clients and investors.

He added that the company has prepared exclusive offers and payment facilities during the exhibition.

He further noted that Mass Developments’ expansion plan includes launching new residential and commercial projects in West Cairo. The company is also preparing a 50-feddan residential project in New Administrative Capital’s R8 district. It will also launch residential projects in New Cairo’s Fifth Settlement. These launches will begin in Q4 2025 and continue throughout 2026.

Eng. Mamdouh Fikry disclosed that the Yardin New Cairo compound enjoys a prime location near key highways and landmarks. It is one minute from South Teseen Street and Hyde Park Square. It is also three minutes from the Middle Ring Road. The project is five minutes from Ain Sokhna Road and 20 minutes from Cairo International Airport. Additionally, it is close to the Air Force Hospital and the District 5 project.

He noted that Yardin New Cairo is a fully integrated residential community. The project offers units ranging from 66 sqm up to 321 sqm for duplex units. It also features flexible payment plans.

He emphasized that the company has teamed up with top firms to ensure the project meets the highest standards. Collaborations include Azure Architects led by Omar Okail for architectural design. Inspire Integrated manages the project and operations. Bonyan serves as the executive consultant. Concept Engineering & Constructions handles project execution.

Eng. Mamdouh Fikry noted that the Olin Social District is a fully integrated mega mall. It includes commercial, administrative, medical, and entertainment facilities. The project is located on Gamal Abdel Nasser Axis in Fifth Settlement. It is directly opposite the Narges residential area of apartments and villas. This area has a population exceeding 350,000 residents.

The mall is a complete destination blending retail, entertainment, and essential services.
