AL NASER Developments Showcases Three 14 Mall at Cityscape Egypt 2025

AL NASER Developments, one of the leading real estate companies in Egypt, announced its participation in Cityscape Egypt 2025. The event takes place from 24 to 27 September.

The company exhibits in Hall No. 4. It showcases a distinguished selection of units from its Three 14 Mall in New Cairo.

During Cityscape, AL NASER Developments offers exclusive packages of discounts. Moreover, it provides flexible payment plans tailored to customer needs. These plans start with a 5% down payment and extend up to 7 years.

Eng. Nasser El-Tabbakh, Chairman of AL NASER Developments, explains that participating in Cityscape aligns with the company’s strategic plans. The goal is to expand in the Egyptian real estate market and deliver premium projects that meet customer aspirations.

He also highlights that AL NASER Developments is among the first to complete and operate projects in the New Administrative Capital. The company has finalized, delivered, and commenced operations at Golden Tower 1.

The second project, Golden Tower 2, is also a mixed-use development. It spans 6,000 sqm, directly overlooks Al-Amal Axis, and provides services to more than 600,000 people.
