CAIRO, Egypt — Nakheel Developments has officially launched the Nakheel LIVYN Shorouk Project, a fully integrated residential development strategically located on Suez Road in El Shorouk City, as part of its expansion plan in East Cairo.

From a commercial perspective, Sherif El-Domyati, Chief Commercial Officer, stated that the project offers a wide range of residential units, including serviced apartments. It also includes commercial, medical, and recreational facilities.
Furthermore, the development features premium amenities such as a clubhouse, swimming pools, a gym, and a wellness center. These facilities are designed to support a modern lifestyle.
Unit sizes start from 77 square meters for one-bedroom apartments. Meanwhile, three-bedroom units reach up to 148 square meters.
The project also includes a premium “Grand Phase,” offering larger units. These units range up to 196 square meters, catering to different family sizes and preferences.
Regarding payment plans, Nakheel Developments provides flexible options starting with a 5% down payment. Installment periods extend up to 10 years, making the project accessible to a broader customer base.
