Urban Zen Menorca New Zayed is a branded residences and hospitality component within Menorca New Zayed. It was launched by Mardev Developments through a strategic agreement with Azur Hotels & Resorts.

Moreover, the project carries investments exceeding EGP 1bn and targets West Cairo as a premium hospitality destination.

Mardev Developments signed a management and operations agreement with Azur Hotels & Resorts. Accordingly, Azur will manage the hospitality component within Urban Zen Menorca New Zayed. In addition, the units will be launched under the global brand “Urban Zen.”

As a result, the project is positioned as a leading hospitality destination in West Cairo.

Mr. Zohdy Zahran, Chairman of Mardev Developments, confirmed that this partnership aligns with the company’s vision.

Furthermore, the vision focuses on combining residential luxury with sustainable investment returns. He also noted that Azur was selected due to its proven track record in global hospitality management.

Therefore, the partnership ensures a strong guest experience. In addition, it supports high occupancy rates and stable annual returns. This is especially important as demand for hotel apartments continues to rise in West Cairo.

Eng. Ibrahim Zohdy, CEO of Mardev Developments, stated that Menorca compound spans 45 acres in Sheikh Zayed.
