Liberty Developments AT Project features in North Coast

Liberty Developments AT Project enjoys a prime location in Sidi Abdel Rahman at kilometer 127 on the North Coast. The project extends over 105 acres and follows the “Organic Design” philosophy.

The master plan creates harmony between architecture and natural landscapes. Furthermore, the development offers large open spaces and smooth movement across different zones.

The company also limited building heights to ground floor plus two levels. Consequently, residents can enjoy greater privacy and a luxury lifestyle experience.

Tourism and entertainment facilities at AT Project

AT Project includes several tourism and entertainment attractions designed for year-round use. For example, the development features a 30,000 sqm aqua park, making it one of the largest aqua parks in the North Coast.

The developer also contracted with e-mak, a subsidiary of Al-Kharafi Group, to develop the aqua park inside the project.
