The Cityscape North Coast Exhibition launches for the first time in New Alamein City. Moreover, the event brings together leading developers and coastal investment opportunities in Egypt.
Cityscape will launch the first edition of “Cityscape North Coast” from 23 to 25 July 2026 in New Alamein City.
The event supports the rapid transformation of the North Coast into a leading real estate investment destination in the region.
Cityscape chose the North Coast for the first time due to the strong growth in local and foreign investments.
Investments in New Alamein City exceeded EGP 240 billion. In addition, annual real estate sales growth reached 75%. As a result, the North Coast continues to strengthen its position as a regional investment hub.
More than 20 developers to participate
During the three-day Cityscape North Coast Exhibition, more than 20 leading real estate developers will showcase their latest projects.
The exhibition will present diverse investment opportunities that support Egypt Vision 2030.
Moreover, the event aims to support the transformation of the North Coast into a year-round residential and tourism destination.
The exhibition also highlights the success of public-private partnerships in urban development.
In addition, visitors will connect directly with top developers and investors. They will also explore new coastal projects and business opportunities in a distinctive Mediterranean setting.
“The North Coast edition marks a new chapter in Cityscape’s journey. We aim to connect developers and investors within one integrated platform. Additionally, the exhibition supports tourism and investment growth in Egypt.
The North Coast now attracts investors seeking second homes and long-term opportunities. Therefore, the exhibition offers flexible financing solutions and the latest coastal launches.”
