The company unveiled its Westway Developments 2027 Strategy during a press tour attended by leading journalists and media figures, alongside members of the company’s board of directors.
The strategy builds on an investment portfolio exceeding EGP 15 billion in West Cairo. The portfolio includes seven major projects, comprising 1,623 units with a total sales area of approximately 161,400 square meters.
The projects cover commercial, administrative, medical, hospitality, and residential activities.
Key developments include 360Health, River Park 1, River Park 2, Z4 Mall, Town Plaza, and ICON, alongside upcoming phases and new projects.
Westway Developments Targets 90% Construction Completion
As part of its 2027 strategy, Westway Developments plans to accelerate construction across its project portfolio.
The company targets advanced completion rates of up to 90% in some projects, while preparing to begin handing over a number of units according to defined timelines.
The company says this approach reflects a broader strategy that prioritizes execution and delivery alongside sales growth.
Westway Developments also plans to achieve contractual sales of EGP 5 billion during 2027, excluding EGP 2 billion in fourth-quarter sales, according to the company’s announced strategy.
At the same time, the company is exploring promising expansion opportunities in the coastal sector.
Seven Projects Support Westway Developments’ Growth
Westway Developments has built an integrated portfolio covering several real estate sectors.
Its seven major projects include commercial, administrative, medical, hospitality, and residential developments.
The portfolio currently comprises 1,623 units and approximately 161.4 thousand square meters of sales area.
The company is also preparing new phases and projects as part of its expansion strategy.
This diversified portfolio is supported by specialized departments covering development, engineering, finance, operations, sales, marketing, data analytics, and risk management.
Westway Developments is also preparing domestic and international marketing plans through participation in major real estate exhibitions and industry events.
