He explained that PAUSE North Coast extends across 250 feddans. The project occupies a prime location between Kilometers 86 and 88 on the Alexandria–Marsa Matrouh Desert Road. Consequently, residents enjoy easy access to major destinations across the North Coast.
The development sits only five minutes from the Zahran area. It is also eight minutes from Marina Gate and the New Yacht Marina. In addition, residents can reach New Alamein City within 10 minutes. The project also connects directly to the New Fouka Road, Wadi El Natrun Road, and Alamein International Airport. Therefore, homeowners and visitors benefit from excellent accessibility.
El-Fayoumy said PAUSE North Coast goes beyond offering traditional coastal homes. Instead, the company created a fully integrated seaside lifestyle inspired by the concept “Between Nostalgia & Noise.”
