Ajna Developments offers new units in Carnelia Sokhna with payment plans up to 10 years
Ajna Developments has announced the launch of distinctive units in Carnelia Sokhna resort in Ain Sokhna, which the company offers at a vital time during the summer season, with various payment plans and installments up to 10 years.
Chairman of Ajna Developments Eng. Osama Shalaby said that the launch of the new phase comes at an important timing, during the summer season, which is considered one of the most important seasons of sales in local real estate market.
Shalaby added that the offered units are characterized by diversity and innovative design to achieve the best utilization of the available space.
He pointed out that the company focused on providing units that suit customer wishing to invest in his unit and achieve a high return from it. The company carried out the necessary market studies to determine the payment plans that suit the target customers, and the ideal timing for the offering.

He further elaborated that the Carnelia Sokhna development is being built on 100 feddans, with total investments exceeding EGP 8bn, added that the resort is being developed over 6 phases comprising villas, twin houses, townhouses, chalets, a 5-star hotel and a commercial area.
“Ajna Developments is working hard to speed up construction rates to deliver the project on time with the highest quality standards,” Shalaby disclosed. “Sites International has developed the master plan for the Carnelia resort, as well as, the famous Mexican architect Javier Cuevas, founder of CREATO Architects, was hired to develop interior architectural designs of the project, provided that a new cooperation partner in hospitality is added to these strong companies.”
Chief Commercial Officer at Ajna Developments Dr. Moataz Shalaby said that the offered units include various spaces starting from a 55-sqm studio on the sea with down payment starting from 8% and installment periods up to 10 years. Additionally, the offered units overlook the sea completely, as well the phase includes a commercial strip with a private entrance inside the project, and an entrance from outside the resort to ensure privacy for residents.
He revealed that the company had concluded a contract with an international company to provide hotel management services for the Carnelia Sokhna It is one of the trademarkes that enjoys strong experience and distinguished business precedent in hotels management globally, highlighted the importance of the serviced residences in supporting the state’s plan to export real estate.
He added that the resort compasses a 5-star hotel including 50 keys, concluded that contracting with the brand is a strong addition to the project competitive advantages.
