Al Etegah Al Awal Organizes “Egypt 2030” Exhibition in Dubai in February.

Al Etegah Al Awal reveals the launch of the “Egypt 2030” exhibition in Dubai, the UAE, in February 2022.

Khaled Abdel Rahman, the CEO of AL Etegah Al Awal, states that there is governmental interest towards the exhibition, which is planned to be a distinguished real estate event to be held in the Emirate of Dubai.

This exhibition will focus on promoting Egyptian national projects and supporting the plans of developers participating in the exhibition to reach Egyptian and Gulf customers working in Dubai.

He further points out that more than 20 real estate developers have joined the exhibition with various projects since the announcement of organizing the exhibition.  More companies are expected to join the exhibition before the launch due to the exhibition’s distinguished elements and various services introduced to the participants and for the targeted customers of the exhibition.

Additionally, he highlights that the state has taken significant and solid steps in the real estate export file, through participating in the “Mipim” real estate exhibition in France’s, along with Egypt’s recent participation in the “Expo Dubai 2020” exhibition, which has witnessed more than 150,000 visitors during the first month of the exhibition’s launching.

Furthermore, he states that Egyptians working abroad reached 14 mn citizens, according to official statistics in 2019, which reflects the available opportunity to the state, private sector and targeted customers.

For his part, Mostafa Abdel-Ghani, the marketing director of “Al Etegah Al Awal”, announces that Egypt’s current development encourages many of the Egyptians living abroad to return and buy a property and settle there.

Additionally, this encourages many Gulf clients to come to Egypt, especially with the depth of the historical relations that let them feel that they have not left their country.
