ARAB DEVELOPERS HOLDING Group, inaugurated the largest dancing fountain in Egypt, at Nyoum October project, during a huge celebration hosted by the super star Ahmed Saad, in the presence of company officials and project clients.
Dr Ayman Khalifa, ARAB Developers Group CEO said that the group is not implementing traditional projects or just housing units, but is setting an integrated life in its projects, in addition to implementing various units, as the company focuses on a different lifestyle for clients within its projects, among the axes of its new business strategy that it is currently implementing.

He pointed that a contract was signed with the Spanish company “Ghesa”, to implement the largest dancing fountain in Egypt with the highest standards of quality and beauty, as it is an experienced company with strong business precedent in its field, as the fountain is 25 meters height, and includes 9 thousand square meters of water, and within operating it, has become an added value to the beauty and magnificence of Nyoum October project.
He assured that aesthetic and entertainment aspects are an essential part of the group’s projects, as the company focuses on implementing everything that is unconventional and different for its clients in its various projects, while implementing the projects with the highest quality standards and in cooperation with distinguished success partners.
He noted that operating the fountain is part of the company’s strategy to operate the commercial part of the project, so that it is a destination for clients looking for a unique shopping experience, in addition to raising the occupancy rate in the project’s residential part, and maintaining the vitality of the location.
He explained that Nyoum October project is located on an area of 1.3 million square meters, and 60% of the project’s construction has been completed, and about 70% of the project has been marketed, as it is a residential, commercial, and administrative project includes units with various areas, pointing that the project includes 1861 residential apartments, 1428 residential villas, 794 shops and 48 offices.
