Constec Signs EGP 5 bn Contracts in 2022.

Construction & Design (Constec) signs contracts to implement projects for major institutions from the public and private sectors worth EGP 3 bn during the first months of 2022.

Alaa Abdel Aziz, General Manager of Constec, reveals the company’s intention to reach EGP 5 bn in the contracts being implemented by the end of 2022.

Abdel Aziz states: “Constec has the capabilities and qualifications to implement projects worth EGP 20 bn annually, which will be worked on in the period ahead after overcoming many challenges that the Egyptian economy has witnessed recently, including Corona pandemic, and price instability affected by the Russian-Ukrainian crisis.”

Moreover, Constec is adopting a new strategy to develop administrative and executive policies and follow the highest governance methods with greater reliance on the latest technologies in management and implementation, as well as raising labor efficiencies and developing machinery and equipment.

“Commitment and quality in implementation are the most important goals of Constec, which keep the confidence of its customers from major private sector companies such as SODIC, Tatweer Misr, Misr Italia and others, in addition to many government institutions,” Abdel Aziz adds.

The company also has credit facilities exceeding EGP 1 bn currently which can be increased with new contracts.

Constec has 300 employees and it is targeting to reach about 3,000 employees within 3 years with the company’s plan to expand and implement various projects in Egypt, as well as expanding abroad.
