Strategic partnership between Darak Group and Azur Hospitality

Premier real estate developer Darak Group entered a strategic partnership with Azur Hospitality. The partnership covers Urban Zen Crystal Alamein and Marina Eye Residence by Azur.

Moreover, the collaboration combines investment opportunities with premium hospitality services.

Mr. Sherif Kamel and Mr. Adham Garranah signed the agreement. Senior executives from both companies attended the signing ceremony. H.E. Mr. Zoheir Garranah, former Minister of Tourism, also attended the event.

Sherif Kamel highlights Darak Group’s strategy

Mr. Sherif Kamel said the agreement aligns with Darak Group’s strategy. The company seeks to deliver more than prime locations and modern designs.

Instead, Darak Group focuses on professional hospitality and property management. Consequently, the company aims to preserve asset value and enhance investment returns.

Kamel noted that buyer behavior in Egypt continues to evolve. Today, buyers consider lifestyle quality and operational efficiency.

They also evaluate service standards and long-term value growth. Furthermore, Darak Group selected Azur Hospitality because of its extensive experience.

The company also considered Azur’s strong track record in tourism and hotel management. According to Kamel, professional hospitality operators have become essential.

Mostafa Mahmoud, Marketing Director at Darak Group, explained the partnership details. Under the agreement, Azur Hospitality will provide integrated hospitality services. In addition, Azur will handle partial operations for Urban Zen Crystal Alamein.

Meanwhile, Azur will manage Marina Eye Residence by Azur completely. The agreement aims to enhance service quality and operational efficiency. It also supports facility management and long-term investment performance.

Mahmoud explained that the partnership improves customer experience. Residents will enjoy reception, housekeeping, maintenance, and security services.

Furthermore, owners will receive integrated facility management solutions. The services also extend to individual units. As a result, residents will enjoy hotel-style living standards.

Urban Zen Crystal Alamein details

Urban Zen Crystal Alamein represents one of New Alamein City’s landmark projects. The development spans 12,000 sqm.

Darak Group allocated investments of nearly EGP 1.5bn to the project. Notably, the Ministry of Tourism approved the project as serviced hotel apartments.

The development occupies a prime location at Kilometer 111. Moreover, residents enjoy panoramic views of major landmarks.

These landmarks include the Iconic Tower and Alamein Towers. The views also include Chinese Towers and Azur Hotel.

Residents can also overlook the Presidential Palace. Furthermore, the project faces the headquarters of New Alamein City Authority.
