Archist Design Studio announced preparations for the architectural and interior designs of the D.mile Zayed project in Sheikh Zayed City. Moreover, District 4 Developments is developing the project with investments reaching EGP 2.5 billion.
This collaboration supports the company’s strategy for integrated urban developments. Additionally, the project combines sustainability, modern design, and quality living standards.
D.mile Zayed project introduces modern residential concepts
Eng. Ibrahim Magdy, Founder of Archist Design Studio, said the project introduces a modern residential concept. Furthermore, the project includes nearly 300 residential units.
The project offers studios and one- to three-bedroom apartments. In addition, it includes loft apartments and sky apartments.
The D.mile Zayed project also includes a fully equipped hotel. Therefore, residents can enjoy integrated residential and hospitality services.
Archist Design Studio focuses on sustainability and comfort
Magdy explained that the project prioritizes eco-friendly architecture. Moreover, the design includes a long internal walkway across the project.
The company designed the walkway to improve interaction and comfort. Additionally, the project integrates sustainability solutions throughout the development.
The project includes electric vehicle charging stations. Consequently, the development supports environmentally friendly lifestyles.
He highlighted the inclusion of a Quiet Room inside the project. Furthermore, the concept promotes comfort and tranquility for residents.
Magdy noted that the Quiet Room concept remains new in Egypt. Therefore, the company carefully integrated it into the project’s design.
The landscaped area also includes various amenities. For example, the project offers a kids’ area and an infinity pool.
D.mile Zayed project includes smart and luxury features
Magdy explained that Moharram Bakhoum serves as the executive consultant for the project. Meanwhile, Archist Design Studio provides design consultancy services.
Crystal Asfour contributes a crystal walkway to the project. As a result, the development gains a unique artistic identity.
Vodafone Egypt also serves as the technology partner. Therefore, the project integrates advanced technological solutions.
Archist Design Studio expands regional design portfolio
Magdy confirmed that Archist Design Studio has a diverse portfolio inside and outside Egypt. Additionally, the company completed interior designs for several La’zurde branches.
The company also worked on projects in Cameroon, Gabon, Saudi Arabia, and Switzerland. Furthermore, it contributed to projects including Hyde Park, Lake View, Mountain View, and Sun Capital.
He noted that the office currently works on projects across Egypt, the Gulf region, and Europe. Finally, he said the D.mile Zayed project balances aesthetics, sustainability, and functionality according to global real estate trends.
