DIG Track RAD Project Launches Phase 1 in New Capital

DIG targets EGP 5 billion in total sales, with Phase 1 expected to generate EGP 2 billion

DIG, a leading real estate development company, has announced the launch of the first phase of its flagship commercial project, Track RAD, in the R3 district of the New Administrative Capital.
The project represents a new addition to the commercial and entertainment services in the New Capital.

DIG Targets EGP 5 Billion in Sales

Eng. Hussein Salah, Chairman of DIG, said the company has ambitious plans to deliver projects that enhance investment appeal in the New Capital.
He explained that Track RAD represents a qualitative addition to the area’s commercial and entertainment services.
DIG targets total sales of EGP 5 billion across the project.
Meanwhile, the first phase is expected to generate EGP 2 billion in sales.

Track RAD Is Ready for Immediate Operation

For his part, Eng. Hany Helmy, Vice Chairman of DIG, said Track RAD has been fully constructed.
Therefore, the project is ready for immediate operation.
He added that the company is completing the final finishing touches.
These works aim to elevate the customer experience.
At the same time, DIG is securing contracts with major brands.
These partnerships will help provide high-quality services within the project.
Helmy also noted that AUE has been appointed as the project’s engineering consultant.

Track RAD Spans 7,500 Square Meters

The project includes two basement levels, a ground floor, and two commercial floors.
Furthermore, the company is currently studying the addition of three additional floors.
This potential expansion would further increase the project’s commercial capacity.

Strategic Location in R3

Mr. Mohamed Fawzy, CEO of DIG, explained the company’s decision to select the R3 district.
He said R3 is a densely populated area.
It is also the first zone in the New Capital to become fully operational and provide real services at an early stage.
Accordingly, DIG’s operational strategy focuses on key locations within Downtown and the New Capital.
Fawzy added that Track RAD benefits from a strategic location.
The project is close to international schools, a central telecommunications hub, and major squares.
As a result, the location is expected to support high foot traffic and customer turnout.

Integrated Hypermarket and Entertainment Services

Track RAD features an integrated hypermarket.
The facility will provide comprehensive logistics and entertainment services.
The project also includes direct entrances facing the main streets.
In addition, the development is planned to offer drive-thru services.
These features are designed to support accessibility and enhance the customer experience.

Payment Plans Extend Up to 12 Years

DIG is offering flexible payment systems for Track RAD.
The company provides long-term payment plans extending up to 12 years.
Moreover, the project offers immediate delivery.
According to the company, this structure helps reduce financial burdens and investment risks for buyers.
It also enables operators to provide services at an early stage.
Consequently, the return on investment (ROI) can begin to materialize before the investor completes payment for the unit.

DIG Plans Fractional Investment Opportunities

Fawzy also revealed plans to introduce fractional investment opportunities.
These opportunities will cover major components of the project.
They include the hypermarket and entertainment facilities.
The initiative aims to provide clients with a different investment experience.
It is also based on investing in a ready and fully constructed asset.

Track RAD Targets Full Operation Within 18 Months

DIG expects Track RAD to become fully operational within one to one and a half years.
With the first phase already fully constructed, the company is focusing on completing the final preparations.
At the same time, DIG continues to secure major brands and enhance the project’s operational offering.
Through Track RAD, the company aims to strengthen its presence in the New Capital’s commercial market.
The project also reflects DIG’s strategy of developing ready-to-operate assets that combine commercial activity, entertainment, and investment opportunities.
