Everestview Development has launched Montania Gate, its latest mixed-use project in Sheikh Zayed City, West Cairo.
The company unveiled the project during a grand celebration hosted by media personality Dr. Mona El Omda, Founder and Chairperson of Moon Media. The event brought together prominent media figures, artists, leading real estate marketing companies, and key partners involved in the project’s development and execution.

Samir said the launch represents a new step in Everestview Development’s expansion strategy. The company is strengthening its presence in Egypt’s real estate market, with a particular focus on West Cairo.
He noted that the company has operated since 2004. During this period, it has developed a diverse portfolio of projects across Egyptian cities.
Everestview Development entered the West Cairo market in 2021. Montania Gate now represents the company’s fourth project in the area.
The company has already delivered two projects. Construction is also underway on its third project, Montania Gardens.

Montania Gate is being developed across 60,000 square meters in Sheikh Zayed City.
The project sits adjacent to Emaar’s Cairo Gate and opposite Carrefour Dandy Mall and Smart Village. It also enjoys proximity to Hyper One, the Grand Egyptian Museum, the Pyramids, and Sphinx International Airport.
According to Samir, this location gives Montania Gate strong potential as both a residential and investment destination.
The project’s vision goes beyond residential development. Everestview Development is creating an integrated mixed-use community combining residential, commercial, administrative, hospitality, and medical components.
The company aims to provide a comprehensive lifestyle experience rather than simply offering residential units.

From the early planning stages, Everestview Development focused on building a strong network of specialized strategic partners.
Raef Fahmy is handling the design of the commercial component, while ACE Moharram.Bakhoum is also involved in the project’s design.
Meanwhile, KAD Commercial Property Management is responsible for managing the commercial components.
Vodafone serves as the project’s technology partner. The project also works with Dreams for consulting and design, alongside HSG.
Samir emphasized that these partnerships reflect Everestview Development’s commitment to leveraging specialized expertise across the project’s development and operational stages.
Strong Financial Position Supports Expansion
Samir explained that the company’s financial position represents an important factor supporting its expansion plans.
Everestview Development has more than two decades of experience and has developed more than 10 projects across Egyptian cities.
The company continues to explore new opportunities in the real estate market. West Cairo remains a key focus of its expansion strategy.
Everestview Development also plans to enter the North Coast in the future through a new tourism project.
This move would allow the company to diversify its products and connect its residential and tourism developments within a long-term expansion strategy.
