Ghoneim Developments Group inaugurates Ghoneim Square in Mokattam

Ghoneim Developments Group (GDG) inaugurated Ghoneim Square on Counselor Abdel Meguid Mahmoud Axis in Mokattam.

The initiative reflects the group’s commitment to supporting urban development and improving service quality in the district.

Eng. Kamal Ghoneim, Chairman of GDG, attended the inauguration ceremony. Islam Ghoneim, Vice Chairman and CEO, also joined the event alongside Eng. Walid Shawky, Mokattam District Chief, and several company leaders.
Kamal Ghoneim said the company developed Ghoneim Square Mokattam to support vital areas in the district. He added that the project aligns with Egypt’s infrastructure and urban development plans.
Ghoneim Square Mokattam supports urban development
Kamal Ghoneim explained that the new square improves the urban landscape of Mokattam. He also stressed that the company focuses on improving both the community and surrounding environment.
Moreover, he confirmed that GDG completed more than 20 projects in Mokattam. These projects include residential, administrative, and industrial developments.

He added that the company believes the private sector plays a major role in sustainable development.

Therefore, GDG continues expanding its development efforts across Mokattam.

Islam Ghoneim, Vice Chairman and CEO of GDG, highlighted the importance of cooperation between private companies and government authorities.

He said GDG worked closely with Mokattam District Authority during the project.

As a result, both sides improved public services and facilities in the area.

In addition, he thanked Mokattam District Authority for supporting the project implementation process.

He also confirmed that GDG plans to launch more initiatives in Mokattam during the coming period.

Islam Ghoneim concluded that Ghoneim Square adds value to Mokattam’s urban landscape.

He added that the project supports Egypt’s vision for more organized and modern cities.
