He explained that the Group seeks to work with specialized partners that possess the technical expertise and capabilities needed to respond to changing real estate market requirements.
Farag added that HTG’s vision extends beyond developing a diverse portfolio of properties. Instead, the Group aims to establish an integrated system that creates tangible value for customers and investors.
This approach covers every stage of development, from design and planning to execution, fit-out, management, and operations. Furthermore, the Group considers specialized expertise and complementary capabilities essential to achieving its objectives.
Farag noted that HTG intends to strengthen its market presence through more integrated real estate products and strategic partnerships that support future growth and expansion.

Tarek Bahaa: Delivery, Operations, and Customer Trust Will Shape HTG’s Next Five Years

Mr. Tarek Bahaa, CEO of HTG – HomeTown Group, outlined six priorities guiding the Group’s strategy over the next five years.
These priorities include commitment to delivery, completing projects under development, operating completed projects, improving customer experience, maintaining quality, and establishing partnerships that support growth and expansion.
“The next five years for HTG will not simply be years of expansion. Above all, they will be years of achievement, delivery, operations, and building greater trust with our customers,” Bahaa said.
He explained that HTG intends to prioritize existing projects and accelerate construction progress. The Group will also work to improve the readiness of projects that have reached advanced stages.
At the same time, HTG plans to develop its management and operational systems to preserve asset quality and strengthen project value after delivery.
Bahaa said the Group had built a portfolio of nine projects across four areas over nine years. According to him, this experience has helped HTG understand different project requirements, customer needs, and market developments.
“We are not starting from scratch. We are building on nine years of experience, with a clearer vision and a more integrated operating model,” he said.
Bahaa added that specialist partnerships can help connect design, landscaping, lighting, and operations. As a result, the Group aims to align the quality of its real estate products with user experience and operational efficiency.

Mohamed El Khouly: Partnerships Aim to Strengthen Investment Value

Mr. Mohamed El Khouly, Chief Commercial Officer at HTG – HomeTown Group, said the new partnerships support the Group’s objective of maximizing the investment value of its projects.
He emphasized that successful commercial developments require more than a strategic location and attractive design. They also need an integrated system that improves visitor experience and attracts a diverse range of commercial activities.
In addition, effective leasing, management, and operational mechanisms can support project sustainability and investment returns.
El Khouly explained that working with specialists in interior design, landscaping, lighting, asset management, and operations enables HTG to develop properties that respond more closely to market requirements.
He added that the Group aims to build long-term relationships with customers by focusing not only on property sales, but also on the value generated throughout a project’s lifecycle.

Tarek Sobhy: Landscaping Connects Architecture and Outdoor Spaces

Dr. Tarek Sobhy, Ceo of Ökoplan Landscapers, said the partnership aims to develop landscaping solutions that complement the architectural vision of HTG’s projects.
He explained that landscape design has become an important component of real estate quality. It adds aesthetic and functional value, improves user experience, and reinforces a project’s visual identity.
According to Sobhy, the collaboration will focus on solutions tailored to each development’s characteristics and requirements. Particular attention will be given to the technical details that ensure harmony between outdoor spaces and the overall design.

Karim Shoukry: Interior Design Supports Commercial Project Value

Eng. Karim Shoukry, Founder and CEO of The Design Avenue, said the collaboration reflects a shared ambition to enhance interior design standards in commercial developments.
He explained that commercial interiors must balance visual appeal with functional efficiency. They must also respond to the requirements of different business activities and users.
Shoukry noted that interior design is no longer solely an aesthetic consideration. It can also influence a commercial project’s ability to attract brands and customers.
The partnership aims to deliver design solutions that reinforce project identity and improve the experience of people using each development. These objectives align with HTG’s ambition to create more integrated real estate destinations.

Karim Helal: Balancing Design Innovation and Functionality

Eng. Karim Helal CEO of Studio K, said the partnership provides an opportunity to introduce innovative interior design concepts tailored to HTG’s projects and customer expectations.
He emphasized the importance of balancing aesthetics and functionality. According to Helal, a project’s ability to deliver an integrated user experience is closely linked to how its spaces are designed and organized.
The collaboration will focus on solutions that reflect the characteristics and requirements of individual projects. These solutions are intended to strengthen spatial identity, improve functionality, and contribute to the Group’s wider development objectives.

George Michael: Façade Lighting Reinforces Architectural Identity

Eng. George Michael, CEO and Co- founder Archilight, a company affiliated with Three Brothers, said architectural lighting plays an important role in highlighting the identity and design details of real estate projects.
He explained that exterior façade lighting can strengthen a building’s visual presence, particularly at night, while reinforcing its relationship with the surrounding urban environment.
Michael added that façade lighting has become an integral component of architectural design rather than a supplementary feature.
The partnership aims to deliver lighting solutions that complement each project’s architectural vision. It will also consider execution standards and technical efficiency to balance visual impact with practical requirements.

Karim Ghoneim: Property Management and Operations Support Long-Term Asset Value

Eng. Karim Ghoneim, Chairman of Namaa EXP, a company specializing in shopping centre management and operations, said the partnership reflects a broader shift toward integrated real estate asset management.
He explained that the value of a development extends beyond construction and the sale of individual units. Leasing, management, and operations also play central roles in maintaining asset quality and supporting commercial performance.
These functions are particularly important for commercial and administrative developments. Effective operations can improve a property’s appeal to tenants and brands while enhancing the experience of customers and investors.
Ghoneim added that the collaboration aims to apply specialist expertise to project management and develop leasing and operational mechanisms for commercial properties.
He also emphasized the importance of coordination between developers and management partners at appropriate stages of a project’s lifecycle. This approach, he said, can support more effective asset utilization and longer-term relationships with customers and investors.
