Housing Minister Orders Removal of Building Violations in North Coast

Sherif El Sherbini, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, has issued nine orders to remove illegal constructions within the jurisdiction of the Second Sector Development Authority in the Northwestern Coast.

The violations occurred in the Hana Beach area, Sidi Abdel Rahman, Matrouh Governorate, and involved structures built without proper permits. These include ground-floor buildings and multi-story constructions of varying sizes.
The Second Sector Development Authority, along with the Construction Police and local authorities, will oversee the removal of these unauthorized buildings, ensuring compliance with regulations in the North Coast region.
