J Communities has announced strong demand for the second phase of its Jamila project on Egypt’s North Coast, highlighting the project’s location, planning concept, and open spaces.
The company recently held an event to welcome residents to the second phase of Jamila.
The event was attended by several J Communities executives and representatives from the real estate development sector.
It also featured a presentation of the project’s key details, main features, and the company’s vision for the new phase.
Strong Client Turnout Highlights Project Appeal
The event attracted significant turnout from clients, reflecting the appeal of Jamila and its distinctive location and features.
Among the project’s key characteristics are its extensive green areas and water features.
Together, these elements account for the majority of the project’s total area, creating a strong focus on open spaces.
130 Acres and 700 Meters of Beachfront
Jamila is developed across 130 acres and features a 700-meter beachfront.
The project enjoys a strategic location between Alam El Roum and Ras El Hekma on the North Coast.
It is located approximately 273 kilometers from Cairo via Dabaa Road.
Jamila is also around 35 minutes from Alamein International Airport and only minutes from Almaza Bay.
In addition, the project is approximately one hour from New Alamein City.
This location places Jamila within a rapidly developing area of the North Coast, surrounded by major real estate and tourism projects.
Its proximity to Ras El Hekma and New Alamein further strengthens its position within the region’s expanding development landscape.
91% of the Project Dedicated to Green Areas and Water Features
Jamila is based on an urban planning concept that prioritizes open spaces.
Approximately 91% of the project’s total area is allocated to green areas and water features, while buildings occupy only around 9%.
This planning approach provides a significant amount of open space throughout the project.
It also supports J Communities’ vision of combining a prime coastal location with an environment centered on greenery and water features.
Underground Parking Supports Open Spaces
The project also includes an underground parking garage.
The parking solution is designed to help preserve the project’s open areas while reducing the number of cars on the main roads.
It also allows for more efficient use of the areas allocated to buildings and services.
By moving parking underground, the project maintains greater continuity across its landscaped and open areas.
Second Phase Presented to Residents
During the event, J Communities presented details of the second phase of Jamila.
The presentation covered the available units and project components, alongside the company’s vision for the new phase.
The vision focuses on combining a prime location with extensive green areas and water features.
It also maintains a planning model where only a limited percentage of the total project area is allocated to buildings.
With its location between Alam El Roum and Ras El Hekma, extensive open spaces, and 700-meter beachfront, Jamila reflects J Communities’ approach to developing a coastal destination around location, planning, and quality of the surrounding environment.
