Mr. Ahmed Diab, Chairman of Liberty Developments, said the agreement represents a strong addition to the project. He added that the deal is part of a series of strategic partnerships with leading companies across different sectors.

Moreover, he explained that the agreement aims to deliver a unique experience in Egypt’s real estate and tourism market through the AT project. Diab noted that the company decided to develop the largest aqua park on Egypt’s North Coast in partnership with EMAK.

Accordingly, the company seeks to transform the AT project into a fully integrated entertainment and tourism destination. He added that the project responds to rising demand for developments that combine leisure, hospitality living, and investment value.

Diab explained that the AT project is located in Sidi Abdel Rahman at kilometer 127 on the North Coast. The development spans 105 acres and follows an “Organic Design” concept.

In addition, the masterplan ensures seamless movement and integration across all project elements. The project also maintains low-density development with building heights limited to ground floor plus two floors. Therefore, residents and visitors can enjoy greater privacy and comfort.

Liberty Developments’ chairman pointed out that the project includes integrated entertainment and tourism facilities. The project features a 30,000-square-meter aqua park that will become the largest on Egypt’s North Coast.

It also includes lagoons and a Lazy River connecting different parts of the development. Furthermore, the project contains three hotels that support year-round hospitality operations.

Diab disclosed that the AT project is the first development in the North Coast to obtain a fully licensed 100% hotel permit. As a result, the project gains stronger operational potential and investment returns.

This direction also supports the state’s strategy to promote coastal tourism and develop new tourist destinations.

For his part, Ahmed Tawfik, Regional Director of EMAK, said the aqua park development represents a major engineering and entertainment challenge.

He noted that the aqua park covers 30,000 square meters and will become the largest on the North Coast. Additionally, the project will introduce water rides and attractions for the first time in Egypt. He added that the first phase of the aqua park is scheduled to operate by summer 2027.

The company is implementing the project according to the latest global technologies and standards in water entertainment facilities. Consequently, the project will offer an exceptional experience for residents and visitors.

Tawfik concluded that Liberty Developments is providing all required resources to ensure rapid execution with world-class quality standards. He also stressed that the company aims to position the aqua park as a landmark destination across the North Coast.
