Miqaat Developments launches expansion plan with new project in New Cairo after O9 October

Miqaat Developments is preparing to launch its second project in New Cairo.

Indeed, the Miqaat New Cairo project is part of an ambitious investment plan. It aims to expand Miqaat’s presence in East Cairo and diversify its portfolio.
Moreover, the new project comes less than three months after O9’s success in 6th of October City. This demonstrates the company’s strategy to establish a strong presence in Egypt’s real estate market quickly.
According to Mohamed Abdel Ghani, Chairman of Miqaat Developments, the company pursues a clear vision. This vision focuses on standing out in the Egyptian property market.
Specifically, the approach selects strategic locations and delivers integrated projects. These projects generate added value for both clients and the market. Especially amid strong competition, the company’s strategy remains clearly defined.
Additionally, launching a new project in New Cairo is part of a carefully planned expansion strategy. Currently, East Cairo is one of the most attractive areas for real estate investment. Furthermore, strong demand reinforces Miqaat’s plan to diversify investments and establish presence in high-growth areas.
Preparations for the new project come shortly after O9’s launch. This highlights a clear strategy focused on identifying promising real estate opportunities and delivering them to clients.
Miqaat’s Chairman stated that O9 is a 13-acre mixed-use development. It comprises residential and commercial properties, with an estimated investment of EGP 11bn.
Strategically, the project is opposite the Shooting Club on the Gamal Abdel Nasser Axis.
It is the second plot along the 26th of July Axis. Moreover, it is minutes away from Mall of Arabia, the club district, and the central high-speed train station.
Mohamed Abdel Ghani disclosed that the project follows a modern urban design philosophy. Buildings occupy only 14% of the area, while 86% includes green spaces, water features, and amenities. Consequently, it creates a unique living environment blending privacy with nature.
The project has two main zones: a residential area with 432 contemporary units and a dedicated services zone. Indeed, the development embodies Miqaat’s vision of creating projects that prioritize quality of life while meeting market demands.
Finally, Mohamed Abdel Ghani concluded that Miqaat Developments plans to strengthen its market presence. By launching high-quality projects in strategic locations, the company reinforces its position in Egypt’s real estate sector. The upcoming Miqaat New Cairo project exemplifies this ambitious growth strategy.
