Nations of Sky ORB Launches in West Cairo

Nations of Sky has launched ORB, a mixed-use real estate development in West Cairo, featuring two landmark towers reaching 110 meters, seven residential buildings, and green spaces covering 80% of the project.

Construction is already underway, with completion targeted from mid-2028.

Nations of Sky has announced the launch of ORB, its latest real estate development in West Cairo. The project combines residential, hospitality, commercial, and administrative components within an integrated destination designed to meet evolving lifestyle and investment needs.
Spanning approximately 15 acres, ORB reflects the developer’s vision of combining contemporary architecture, integrated services, and smart urban planning. The development also emphasizes open spaces, privacy, and connectivity to create a more balanced urban environment.

ORB Project Brings Landmark Towers to West Cairo

The ORB development features two landmark towers reaching approximately 110 meters across 26 floors. These towers are designed to become prominent additions to West Cairo’s evolving urban landscape.
One tower will accommodate a five-star hotel alongside branded residences. The second will feature residential units benefiting from hotel-style services, in addition to commercial spaces and offices.
Together, the towers will contain more than 500 units, according to the project announcement, adding a mix of hospitality, residential, and business offerings to the development.
The project also includes seven mid-rise residential buildings offering fully finished units in different layouts. These include apartments with private gardens and other residential configurations designed to accommodate different customer requirements.

80% Green Spaces Shape ORB’s Urban Design

Green spaces and open areas represent approximately 80% of the project’s total area, according to Nations of Sky. This approach places outdoor spaces at the center of the development’s planning concept.
The master plan combines vertical development with mid-rise residential buildings. It also incorporates areas intended for social interaction and everyday activities, while maintaining a balance between built-up areas and open spaces.
Through this approach, ORB seeks to combine residential convenience with hospitality and business facilities within one integrated destination.

Strategic Location Connects ORB to Key West Cairo Areas

ORB is positioned in the West Cairo area, connecting 6th of October City, Sheikh Zayed, and New Zayed. Its location provides access to surrounding residential communities, educational institutions, healthcare facilities, commercial destinations, and entertainment services.
West Cairo continues to attract real estate development as its urban infrastructure and residential communities expand. ORB’s mixed-use concept responds to demand for destinations that bring living, working, hospitality, and retail closer together.

Nations of Sky Confirms Construction Progress and 2028 Target

Commenting on the launch, Eng. Tamer Nabil, Vice Chairman of Nations of Sky, said the project represents another step in the company’s strategy to develop integrated urban destinations that respond to changes in the real estate market.
Nabil highlighted the importance of ORB’s location in a high-growth area, alongside its contemporary design, accessibility, and integrated services.
He also confirmed that construction activities had already started in several buildings at the time of the announcement. The company is targeting the completion of construction from mid-2028, alongside the commencement of unit handovers.
The development’s construction progress reflects the company’s stated approach of beginning on-site execution before the official launch of its projects.

Nations of Sky Expands Its Real Estate Portfolio

Nations of Sky develops projects across key strategic areas in East and West Cairo and the North Coast. According to the company’s announcement, its portfolio includes 11 real estate projects.
The developer also highlights partnerships with international companies and public- and private-sector entities as part of its broader development strategy. These include a long-term partnership with Orange to support advanced digital and technological infrastructure.
In addition, Nations of Sky is pursuing partnerships with international hospitality brands to expand its branded-residence offering. The company is also involved in a real estate development within the New Delta project, aligning its activities with wider urban development and economic sustainability objectives.
With ORB, Nations of Sky is bringing residential, hospitality, commercial, and office components together in one West Cairo destination. The project’s mix of high-rise towers, mid-rise residences, and extensive green spaces positions it within the growing market for integrated mixed-use developments in Egypt.
