Mesura also joins the project. The firm is recognized for hospitality and residential developments, including Mas de Torrent Hotel in Spain.
Furthermore, OOAA contributes its expressive design philosophy. The studio is known for projects such as the Chapel of Sound in China.

Triangle Villa introduces the first residential prototype
SIBA El Gouna unveiled its first residential concept through the Triangle Villa. The villa was designed by London-based studio Unknown Works. Moreover, the prototype features a three-bedroom single-story layout.
The design emphasizes closeness to nature and surrounding spaces. At the center of the home lies a triangular space that connects indoor and outdoor living.
Rather than filling every corner, the design leaves room for privacy, natural light, and a quiet sense of belonging.
Consequently, the Triangle Villa reflects the philosophy that has guided El Gouna since its earliest days.
Block722 presents the Tandem Villa concept
Following the Triangle Villa, SIBA El Gouna introduced the Tandem Villa. The twin-villa concept was created by Block722.
The design brings together two independent residences within one architectural composition. As a result, residents enjoy privacy while maintaining a sense of community.
Interconnected spaces, shaded terraces, and terracotta elements define the experience. In addition, a central atrium creates moments of connection without compromising privacy.
Elevated terrain enhances views and privacy
The project benefits from elevated land overlooking the lagoon and golf course. It also offers partial sea views.
