Smart Infrastructure Egypt Partnership is becoming a key driver in Egypt’s real estate sector. In this context, Kulture Developments announced a strategic partnership with Vodafone Business to deliver integrated digital solutions at its Patterns project in New Cairo.
The agreement was signed by Mohamed Abdel Hamid, CEO of Kulture Developments, and Haytham Anwar, Business Complexes Development Senior Manager at Vodafone Business. The signing took place in the presence of senior officials from both companies, reflecting a strong shift toward digital transformation.
Mohamed Abdel Hamid stated that this partnership represents a core pillar of the company’s strategy. He explained that Patterns will be developed in line with the latest global standards for mixed-use projects. Moreover, he emphasized that Vodafone Business was selected due to its strong expertise and proven track record in smart infrastructure.
As part of the agreement, Vodafone Business will provide a comprehensive range of digital services. These include high-speed internet and secure connectivity solutions for multi-branch enterprises. In addition, the company will implement advanced smart building management systems.
Furthermore, the project will integrate artificial intelligence applications to streamline daily operations. These technologies will also enhance customer experience across the development. At the same time, advanced cybersecurity systems and energy efficiency solutions will be deployed.
On the development side, the project spans approximately 11,000 sqm. Meanwhile, the total built-up area reaches around 20,000 sqm. The project includes commercial, administrative, and medical units.
The location represents a major competitive advantage. The project sits in the Fifth Settlement, overlooking two main streets. It is also close to upscale residential communities and major commercial hubs. Therefore, this positioning significantly boosts its investment value.
In terms of design, Kulture Developments partnered with Raef Fahmy Architects. The firm is known for delivering innovative architectural concepts. The project adopts a contemporary European style that meets evolving market demands.
Additionally, the development offers a wide range of unit sizes. Administrative offices start from 50 sqm, while medical clinics begin at 35 sqm. Retail units are available from 60 sqm. The project also includes essential services such as restaurants, cafés, banks, pharmacies, and laboratories.
Abdel Hamid highlighted that integrating smart solutions aligns with Egypt’s digital transformation strategy. He noted that technology infrastructure is now a fundamental factor in evaluating modern real estate developments.
