Squares Developments announced the launch of its third project. The step reinforces its presence in the New Administrative Capital. This city is one of Egypt’s and the region’s most prominent smart cities.
Eng. Talaat Gorgous, Chairman of Squares Developments, confirmed the new launch. He stated it builds on the company’s success with its previous two developments. The New Capital is now recognized as Egypt’s top real estate investment hub. It continues to grow amid an unprecedented wave of urban and economic progress.
He added that with this new project, the company’s portfolio has expanded. The total now includes five projects in the New Capital. The company targets EGP 23bn in total sales.
The new project features an innovative architectural concept. It blends modern design with exceptional space efficiency. Thus, the development aims to deliver a product that balances investment value and quality. This approach ensures alignment with current market demands.
He explained that the project will be a remarkable addition. It targets clients searching for distinctive and standout developments in the New Capital.
For his part, Eng. Hany Gorgous, Vice Chairman of Squares Developments, shared more details. The company owns the Remeny project in the MU23 area. It is a mixed-use project covering over 7,000 sqm. The project includes residential, hotel, commercial, administrative, and medical spaces. It is located next to the Sports City and overlooks Al-Amal Axis.
He emphasized that the company markets the project with a strategic plan. The plan ensures price stability and sustains high construction progress rates.
He also noted that the company owns the West View project. It is located on the Western Axis in the Downtown area of the New Capital. The project covers 3,700 sqm. It includes commercial, administrative, and medical units. Squares Developments focuses on meeting client aspirations. It also seeks diversity within its investment portfolio.
Eng. Mina Maher, Board Member and General Manager, stressed the company’s commitment. He highlighted the highest standards of quality and transparency in all development phases.
