During the press conference, he explained the main goal of the collaboration. TAMADON plans to launch a branded boutique hotel chain in Egypt. This concept combines privacy, quality, and tailored guest experience.

The next project includes a serviced hotel residence in Sheikh Zayed City. It is located in the Green Revolution area. The project follows international hospitality standards.

The project includes around 100 hotel units. Unit sizes range from 35 to 70 sqm. All units are fully finished and furnished.
TAMADON plans delivery within 42 months. Meanwhile, payment plans start from 10% down payment. Installments extend up to 10 years.
