The official Ad campaign for the most awaited real estate exhibition “The Investor Expo” in Riyadh has been launched

InterContinental Hotel in Riyadh will host the fourth edition of “The Investor Expo”, the biggest and most awaited real estate exhibition in Saudi Arabia organized by ETHMAR, under the aegis of the ministry of housing and urban developments, and the strategic partnership of his Royal Highness Prince Saud Ben Mosaed Ben Abd Al Aziz Al Saud institution.

A list of trusted and well-known Egyptian development companies are participating in this edition with unique investment opportunities in the most rising and promising areas, with great demand in the new cities like the new administrative capital, New Cairo, New Alamin, North coast, and many other cities.

The fourth edition of “The Investor Expo” is being held on 10,11,12 November 2022 in InterContinental Riyadh for Egyptians, the Saudi real-estate community, and other foreign communities interested in investing in real estate. The event is considered the biggest and the first of its kind in Saudi Arabia, and the most awaited one.

In an exclusive interview with Dr. Walid Abbas Abdel Qawi, Assistant Minister of Housing and Supervisor of the Planning and Projects Sector explained that “Egypt is working to provide a variety of investment opportunities, especially in the real-estate sector, as there are investment opportunities in about 60 new cities, distributed geographically east and west of Cairo and Upper and Lower Egypt.” Abbas praised the great interaction with the Egyptian communities abroad by investing in new projects, which would revive Egypt’s treasury with a massive capital infusion of foreign currencies, and asserts the strong relationship between Egyptians abroad and their homeland, Egypt.

Dr. Walid invited Egyptians and Arabs to visit the expo and explore the unique investment opportunities in Egypt, and he addressed the guarantees and investment opportunities that the ministry offers in “The Investor Expo” Riyadh for Egyptians abroad, Arab friends, or foreign nationals who seek safe investments in Egypt.
