Zizinia Mostakbal first phase handover marks a key milestone for ARDIC. The company delivers 400 ready-to-occupy units after investing EGP 350 million in infrastructure. This Zizinia Mostakbal first phase handover reinforces ARDIC’s commitment to timely delivery and customer trust.

ARDIC officially started the handover after completing all utilities, infrastructure works, and electrical connections for the units.
The company has successfully housed over 3,000 families across its East Cairo projects. Its consistent early deliveries have strengthened customer trust and built a strong reputation as a reliable developer.
Eng. Tamer El-Akkad, CEO of ARDIC, explained that the company invested EGP 350 million in project facilities. They installed electricity and water networks, operated elevators, completed artificial lakes, and upgraded facades, entrances, and gates to modern design standards.
During the final phase, ARDIC created a “command center” that operates 24/7. This team ensures the units meet the highest quality standards and are delivered on time. Timely handovers remain a key factor in customer trust.
ARDIC continues to expand Zizinia and develop new land in Mostakbal. They plan a new project along the Cairo-Ismailia Road to leverage East Cairo’s fast urban growth.
The company follows a phased strategy to expand in a disciplined and risk-balanced way. This approach ensures steady growth and high-quality project execution.
ARDIC focuses on execution rather than marketing promises. They aim to accelerate project completion, maximize value for customers, and maintain trust as the foundation for sustainable growth in the Egyptian real estate market.
