Big 5 Construct Saudi to Open in Riyadh Next Week, Under the Patronage of the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources

Big 5 Construct Saudi will open its doors in Riyadh next week under the patronage of the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources, bringing together more than 1,000 exhibitors from over 50 countries.

The event will take place from 30 August to 2 September 2026 at the Riyadh Front Exhibition & Conference Center.
This year’s edition focuses on the early stages of construction. It covers heavy construction, concrete, HVACR, and related sectors under the theme “From foundation to future, built for every scale.”

Four Specialized Events Address Saudi Construction Needs

The August edition of Big 5 Construct Saudi will host four specialized events:
            • HVACR Saudi Arabia
            • FM & Clean Saudi Arabia
            • Heavy Saudi Arabia
            • Totally Concrete Saudi Arabia
Together, the events will address interconnected requirements across construction, concrete, HVACR, and facilities management.
More than 1,000 exhibitors from over 50 countries will showcase products and technologies relevant to ongoing and upcoming projects across Saudi Arabia.

The exhibitor line-up includes Alyamitech, which provides pumping solutions for commercial, industrial, and municipal applications.
Alima will showcase vertical access solutions for the construction industry.
Meanwhile, Gulf Insulation Group will present thermal, acoustic, and fire-resistant insulation solutions.
International Tube will showcase electrical steel conduits and fittings.
Al Yamamah Steel will also participate, highlighting its products across steel, electrical power, energy, and renewable energy sectors.

Sustainability will play a central role through the Big 5 Impact Trail.
The initiative will highlight practical sustainability solutions across the exhibition.
It will help project teams identify products and systems that can improve efficiency, reduce environmental impact, and support long-term building performance.
Participating exhibitors include Masdar, which will showcase Kronospan carbon-negative wood-based panels and engineered boards.
Galaxy Technology will present Albion Valves with carbon transparency across its cast-iron range.
Star Factory will feature its spray polyurethane foam roofing and waterproofing system.
Keller will showcase ground improvement and foundation solutions.

Big 5 Talks Brings Industry Experts Together

Alongside the exhibition, Big 5 Talks will bring together more than 40 industry experts across over 20 CPD-certified sessions.
The programme will examine technical, regulatory, and operational trends influencing construction delivery in Saudi Arabia.
