Rock Developments has signed a strategic partnership with Electra by Raya to develop and deploy electric vehicle charging infrastructure across 13 of its residential, commercial, and administrative projects.
The partnership supports Rock Developments’ strategy to prepare its communities for future mobility. It also aims to integrate smart and sustainable solutions into its developments.
The agreement was signed by Eng. Daniel Doss, Board Member of Rock Developments, and Dr. Sameh El-Banhawi, General Manager of Electra, a subsidiary of Raya Smart Buildings and part of Raya Holding’s investment portfolio.
The signing ceremony took place at Concorde El Salam Hotel in the presence of senior representatives from both companies.

The first phase will cover six projects, including Rock Gold, Rock Capital 1, and Rock 925.
