Under the agreement, AJAD Developments and Telecom Egypt will develop an advanced telecommunications network powered by fiber-optic technology.
The infrastructure will provide fast and reliable connectivity across Elaia. It will also support the future expansion of telecommunications and digital services within the project.
In addition, the system will introduce Triple Play services. These services will combine high-speed internet, landline telephone services, and IPTV digital television.
As a result, residents will have access to an integrated package of communication and entertainment services through a single digital infrastructure.
Elaia Brings Smart Infrastructure to New Heliopolis
Elaia is located along Suez Road in East Cairo’s New Heliopolis. The project extends across approximately 85 feddans.
Around 84% of the project’s total area is allocated to open spaces. The development also includes a comprehensive range of services and amenities.
