PRE Group, a leading real estate development group, has announced the launch of Collage, a new hotel apartment development within its Ivoire East project in New Cairo.
The project is being developed in partnership with Lemon Spaces, a company specializing in hospitality services and hotel management. The launch comes with a targeted sales value of EGP 12 billion.
The development forms part of PRE Group’s strategy to deliver an integrated real estate and hospitality product. It also supports the state’s vision to expand Egypt’s tourism sector and increase hotel capacity.
The project aims to address growing demand for hotel apartments while attracting further local and international investment.
Collage Offers 490 Hotel Units in Ivoire East
Collage extends across 20 feddans in a strategic location within New Cairo’s Golden Square, inside the Ivoire East development.
The current offering includes 490 hotel units, ranging from studios and apartments to duplexes.
All units will be delivered fully finished and equipped with air conditioning. This approach is designed to support immediate operation and leasing upon handover.
Unit deliveries are scheduled to begin by 2030.
Green areas and interconnected water features occupy the majority of the project’s overall area. The development also includes dedicated pedestrian zones and underground parking facilities.
PRE Group Connects Real Estate Development with Hospitality

According to the company, this integration can enhance the residential and hospitality experience. It also supports modern architectural concepts built around flexibility and sustainability.
