In partnership with Lemon Spaces for hospitality management, PRE Group targets EGP 12 billion in sales

PRE Group, a leading real estate development group, has announced the launch of Collage, a new hotel apartment development within its Ivoire East project in New Cairo.
The project is being developed in partnership with Lemon Spaces, a company specializing in hospitality services and hotel management. The launch comes with a targeted sales value of EGP 12 billion.
The development forms part of PRE Group’s strategy to deliver an integrated real estate and hospitality product. It also supports the state’s vision to expand Egypt’s tourism sector and increase hotel capacity.
The project aims to address growing demand for hotel apartments while attracting further local and international investment.
Collage Offers 490 Hotel Units in Ivoire East
Collage extends across 20 feddans in a strategic location within New Cairo’s Golden Square, inside the Ivoire East development.
The current offering includes 490 hotel units, ranging from studios and apartments to duplexes.
All units will be delivered fully finished and equipped with air conditioning. This approach is designed to support immediate operation and leasing upon handover.
Unit deliveries are scheduled to begin by 2030.
Green areas and interconnected water features occupy the majority of the project’s overall area. The development also includes dedicated pedestrian zones and underground parking facilities.
PRE Group Connects Real Estate Development with Hospitality
PRE Group’s strategy is based on creating a structural connection between real estate development and hospitality.
According to the company, this integration can enhance the residential and hospitality experience. It also supports modern architectural concepts built around flexibility and sustainability.
The company believes this approach can increase the added value of its developments while strengthening the competitiveness of Egyptian real estate across regional markets.
Collage represents the first major embodiment of this strategic direction for PRE Group in Cairo.

Walid Zaki: Tourism Is a Key Driver of Egypt’s Economic Growth

Commenting on the launch, Walid Zaki, Founder and CEO of PRE Group, said:
“The tourism sector represents the main driver and the true engine of economic growth in Egypt during the current phase. At PRE Group, our strategy focuses on strengthening integration between the real estate and tourism sectors by diversifying hospitality products and incorporating hospitality components into our developments.
“This approach aims to enhance the investment and sustainable value of our projects while providing our customers with an enjoyable and integrated experience.
“From this perspective, we are launching Collage hotel apartments in partnership with Lemon Spaces. We are also preparing to launch an international hotel brand within Ivoire East to strengthen the hospitality component and elevate the hotel experience according to the highest standards.
“This direction is fully aligned with the vision of the Egyptian state.”
Lemon Spaces Partnership Strengthens Hospitality Offering
Mohamed Ezz, Founder and CEO of Lemon Spaces, expressed his enthusiasm about the partnership with PRE Group.
He said the partnership represents an important milestone in Lemon Spaces’ journey and another step toward strengthening the position of local hospitality operators in the sector.
Ezz added that the partnership reflects Lemon Spaces’ ability to deliver service levels that meet and compete with international standards, supported by a deep understanding of the Egyptian market.
Through its partnership on Collage, Lemon Spaces aims to provide an integrated product that meets owners’ expectations while delivering a distinctive and sustainable hospitality experience.
Collage Benefits from Ivoire East’s Integrated Services
Collage is located in close proximity to ZAG, the commercial and administrative development within Ivoire East.
The location provides residents with convenient access to shopping, restaurants and other services within minutes.
ZAG is scheduled to begin operations by 2028, two years before the planned handover of Collage.
This timeline is designed to ensure that an integrated community with operational services and facilities is already established when Collage customers move into their units.
Ivoire East Covers 104 Feddans
The wider Ivoire East development spans 104 feddans and includes more than 980 residential units.
The residential portfolio comprises standalone villas, townhouses, apartments and duplexes.
The development features contemporary architectural designs, a luxury social club and interconnected green pathways designed for walking.
Interconnected water features also contribute to the project’s overall residential environment and character.
PRE Group Expands Its Real Estate and Hospitality Strategy
With Collage, PRE Group is strengthening its strategy of integrating real estate development with hospitality operations.
The partnership with Lemon Spaces adds a specialized hospitality management component to the project, while the planned international hotel brand within Ivoire East is expected to further expand the development’s hospitality offering.
Through this strategy, PRE Group is positioning Collage as a new model combining real estate ownership, hospitality services and operational readiness within an integrated New Cairo development.
