Beltone and Amtaar Launch EGP 2 Billion Real Estate Fund

Beltone Asset Management and Amtaar Capital partner on a multi-issuance real estate investment fund, with the first issuance targeted at EGP 500 million to EGP 700 million

Beltone Asset Management, a subsidiary of Beltone Holding, and Amtaar Capital have announced a partnership to establish a multi-issuance real estate investment fund with total targeted issuances of EGP 2 billion.
The fund is currently under establishment, with its first issuance expected to range between EGP 500 million and EGP 700 million.
Under the partnership, Beltone Asset Management will establish and manage the fund and oversee the selection of its underlying real estate assets in line with the fund’s investment strategy.
Amtaar Capital will provide the digital platform through which investors can access the investment opportunity associated with the fund’s first issuance.
Real Estate Investment Starting from EGP 1,000
The fund is designed to provide investors with access to real estate fund units through Amtaar Capital’s digital platform.
The structure offers investors an opportunity to participate in income-generating real estate assets without purchasing or directly owning an entire property.
Investors will be able to participate in the fund starting from EGP 1,000, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
Depending on the fund’s investment strategy and performance, investors may benefit from rental income generated by the underlying real estate assets, in addition to potential capital appreciation.
The investment opportunity remains subject to the fund’s final structure, regulatory requirements, applicable terms and conditions, and investment performance.
Beltone Brings Investment Management Expertise
Khaled Darwish, CEO of Beltone Asset Management, said that real estate investment represents an important component of many investors’ portfolios.
However, he noted that direct real estate ownership typically requires significant capital and may result in concentration in a single asset.
“Our partnership with Amtaar provides a different route to professionally managed real estate investment, combining Beltone Asset Management’s investment management expertise with Amtaar’s digital access,” Darwish said.
Amtaar Expands Digital Access to Real Estate Investment
Amr Afifi, Co-Founder and CEO of Amtaar Capital, said the partnership combines Amtaar’s digital real estate ecosystem with Beltone Asset Management’s investment management expertise.
“Our partnership with Beltone Asset Management brings together Amtaar’s digital real estate ecosystem and Beltone Asset Management’s investment management expertise to make real estate investment more accessible to a broader range of investors, while offering a simpler digital experience,” Afifi said.
Digital Platforms Reshape Access to Alternative Investments
The partnership reflects the growing role of digital platforms in expanding access to alternative investment opportunities.
By combining professional investment management with a digital real estate ecosystem, Beltone Asset Management and Amtaar Capital aim to provide investors with a more accessible route to real estate investment.
The proposed fund is currently under establishment, while the first issuance is targeted at EGP 500 million to EGP 700 million as part of the fund’s broader EGP 2 billion targeted issuance program.
