Safwa Urban Development (SUD) has signed a strategic agreement with AFM, a subsidiary of DORRA Group, to manage and operate its administrative and commercial project, Financial HUB, in the New Capital.
The project has received LEED certification. The agreement reflects SUD’s approach to selecting specialized partners with relevant expertise.
The partnership aims to support operational efficiency and enhance service standards. It will also help preserve the project’s operational and investment value over the long term.
SUD Selects AFM for Financial HUB Operations
Ali Shalaby, Chairman of SUD, said Financial HUB is the first integrated building in the New Capital to receive international LEED certification.
He explained that the achievement reflects SUD’s focus on projects that combine strategic locations with international environmental standards.
Shalaby added that next-generation real estate projects are no longer focused solely on construction.
Instead, they must also deliver long-term value, sustainability, and global competitiveness.
The agreement was signed by Ali Shalaby and Amr Salah, General Manager of AFM.
The cooperation will leverage AFM’s specialized expertise in facilities management and operations.
Professional Management to Enhance Financial HUB
The agreement aims to establish a professional management and operations system tailored to Financial HUB.
The system will reflect the requirements of the LEED-certified administrative and commercial project.
It will focus on improving services, maintenance, and facilities management.
As a result, the partnership is expected to enhance the user experience. It will also create a stable and attractive operating environment for companies and commercial businesses.
Operation as a Key Driver of Real Estate Value
Shalaby emphasized that high-quality operations are essential to maintaining the sustainability of real estate projects.
He noted that a project’s value depends on more than its location, design, and construction quality.
It also depends on its ability to maintain asset efficiency and service standards after operations begin.
The quality of the working environment is another important factor.
According to Shalaby, professional management helps protect the value created throughout the development process.
Smarter and more structured operations can also improve responses to users’ needs.
They allow for better monitoring of maintenance and services. They also support more efficient management of resources and facilities.
This approach helps maintain consistent performance across the project.
It can also enhance the overall user experience and strengthen the competitiveness of administrative and commercial developments.
Financial HUB Located in New Capital’s Financial District
Financial HUB is located in the heart of the Financial District in the New Capital.
The project is situated at Ministries Square, directly opposite the monorail station and adjacent to the Downtown area.
This strategic location facilitates access to Financial HUB.
It also strengthens the project’s appeal to administrative and commercial activities.
