IMKAN Misr has launched Orchard Villas, a new residential neighborhood within its Alburouj development in East Cairo. The neighborhood forms part of Alburouj, an established residential destination designed to bring housing, services, recreation and community facilities together in one location.

Orchard Villas occupies a location within Alburouj’s master plan that the company describes as the last remaining residential community offering direct views of The Orchard Park.

These include the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AAST), CADMUS International School, part of the SABIS Group, MFIS School and Alburouj Sports Club.
Everyday services and leisure destinations include Carrefour, a Civil Registry Office and Tabletop restaurant, which overlooks the lake.
The destination also features Alburouj Business Park, described in the announcement as providing administrative and commercial spaces across six buildings. This building count should be reconciled with the developer’s official website before publication.
