Salam Properties has launched the second phase of Boyot New Mansoura in an exclusive partnership with Hilton Garden Inn and Real Madrid Football Academy through Fame Academy.
The company introduced the new phase after the strong success of the first launch and rising customer demand.
In addition, Boyot New Mansoura became the first project in the city to combine international hospitality, sports, and technology brands within one integrated destination.

Ahmed Kassem, Vice Chairman and CEO of Salam Properties, said the first phase achieved strong sales results. The company sold nearly 65,000 sqm, representing around 60% of the total offered area.
He explained that the project reflects the company’s modern development vision in New Mansoura City.
Moreover, Salam Properties succeeded in bringing together exclusive international partners, including Hilton Garden Inn, Real Madrid Football Academy through Fame Academy, and e& Egypt for smart technology infrastructure.
According to Kassem, these partnerships increase the project’s operational and investment value while creating a unique competitive advantage in New Mansoura.

Boyot New Mansoura extends over 20 acres, equal to nearly 84,000 sqm. However, the built-up area does not exceed 21,000 sqm, allowing the company to dedicate most of the land to green spaces, open areas, and recreational services.
