Development and Engineering Consultants Company, TAMEER, announces the start of construction for phase I of “Azad Views” project four months after its launch.
Azad Views is located at the Fifth Settlement in New Cairo, covering 40 acres, about 168,000 sqm and is expected to be completed by 2025.
Chief Development Officer (CDO) Alaa Anwar says, “Azad Views is the second phase of Azad 1 project. Construction process of the project will include core and shell basis with a total construction cost of EGP 300 mn.”
Moreover, operations are carried out in cooperation with several successful partners, including PMP as the Project Management company, Yasser Al Beltagy Architects (Y.B.A.)- as the designer and supervising consultant for the projects design and implementation- and Construction Management Systems S.A.E. (C.M.S.) as a contractor.
The CDO explains that Azad Views is designed in an innovative way that revolves around maximizing views of all units, featuring landscapes, water features, and unique architectural designs. Also, all roads are accessible, designed for disabled people.
For his part, the Head of the Commercial Sector at Development & Engineering Consultants Mohammad Younis says that Azad Views is distinguished by its strategic location in the heart of the Fifth Settlement in New Cairo in front of the American University in Cairo (AUC), only a short walk away from the southern 90th Street, 15 minutes away from Cairo International Airport, and 20 minutes away from NAC.
“Azad Views project includes 830 various housing units, including apartments and penthouses, designed with a G + 4 system and private underground garages for cars, further the company provides various payment systems and facilities. Now you can have a premium housing unit on an eight-year payment plan to suit all the capabilities,” Younis concludes.
