ElMasria Group announced the Hiring of Ahmed Badr as Commercial Director, and Mohamed Awaad as the head of the sales sector, as part of its plan to Build a Strong Commercial Sector for the Upcoming Expansion.
Both of them have more than 12 years of experience in the field of sales and marketing, and they worked during that period in many real estate development companies owned by the public and private sectors, and witnessed launching and success of many projects, which added to their cumulative experience and increased their efficiency.
Ahmed Badr, Commercial Director at ElMasria Group, Started his career in 2001 with commercial and residential projects, and in 2008 he joined Boroug for real estate marketing, and took a number of positions in major real estate marketing and development companies, during which he achieved sales throughout the republic.
He stated that ElMasria Group started working in the real estate market since more than 34 years ago and managed to develop many diverse projects from separate projects and residential compounds, and the company succeeded in delivering more than 10,000 keys to clients, and the company’s portfolio includes 3 residential compounds that have been delivered.
He assured that ElMasria Group strong business precedent and its expansion plans support benefiting from his experience and ambitious vision to work in the company during the coming period, and he also has an ambitious vision concerning work of the commercial sector in the company during the coming period, which aligns with the company’s requirements and the nature of its projects and target clients.
Mohamed Awaad, ElMasria Group head of the sales sector, started his career 17 years ago in the field of advertising and marketing, then turned to Real Estate sector, and worked in 2009 as a real estate marketer and then in the sales sector, and worked in many major real estate development and marketing companies, Started in 2013 includes Real Mark for Real Estate Marketing, which is Exclusive Seller for General Business Sector Ministry projects, and worked at Cordoba Real Estate Investment Company “Grand Group”
Awaad worked at Al Dau Development Company, a subsidiary of Samcrete , EgyGab and Genena Group in Trivium projects, in addition to working as a sales manager in a number of real estate development companies in the New Administrative Capital, including ELBaron Real Estate Development Company and Center Point Real Estate Development Company.
Awaad confirmed his happiness to join ElMasria Group team, and revealed the existence of an innovative strategy and an ambitious plan to work in the company and achieve its sales targets during the coming period, taking into account market changes as well as the needs of clients and achieve them in the company’s projects.
