Lake House Obour City Secures Ministerial Approval

Lake House Obour City has secured ministerial approval, marking a major milestone for Brevan Development. Meanwhile, the company has launched the second phase of the project with targeted sales exceeding EGP 1 billion. The achievement strengthens investor confidence and supports the project’s long-term growth strategy.

Eng. Saeed Sakr, Brevan Development CEO, said that obtaining the ministerial approval represents a significant milestone in the development of the “Lake House” project. Moreover, it reflects the company’s success in fulfilling all the necessary requirements and conditions to complete the project according to a comprehensive vision that ensures the protection of clients’ rights and maximizes the project’s investment value.

He added that the ministerial decree comes as a continuation of a series of successful implementation steps achieved by the project since its launch. Furthermore, he emphasized that Brevan has committed from day one to a scheduled timeline for implementation and development. As a result, this commitment strengthened clients’ confidence and contributed to strong sales results during the first phase.
Meanwhile, Eng. Saber Zahran, Brevan Development Board Member and Founding Partner, assured that “Lake House” project is one of the most prominent new residential projects in Obour City. This is due to its unique strategic location directly on the Axis Line 10, opposite District 8 villas and adjacent to New Obour City Authority, an area experiencing rapid urban and investment growth.
In addition, he pointed that the project is built on an area of 9.5 acres. The project was also designed to offer a sophisticated concept of quiet, low-density residential living, with green areas, open areas, and integrated services that provide the highest levels of comfort and privacy for residents.
Furthermore, he noted that the overwhelming success of the first phase and the remarkable client demand prompted the company to expedite the launch of the second phase. This phase includes a distinguished collection of residential units with diverse locations and views within the project. It also offers flexible payment plans customized to current market needs.
On the other hand, Eng. Ibrahim Abdel-Azim, Board Member and Founding Partner, explained that the launching of the second phase comes at a crucial time following the receipt of the ministerial decree. Consequently, this ensures greater confidence in the project and enhances its investment appeal, especially given the continued high demand for premium residential projects in Obour City.
Moreover, he added that the new phase includes a variety of units, such as apartments, ground-floor units with gardens, and duplexes. Unit sizes range from 136 square meters to 350 square meters. In addition, reservation and payment plans start with a 15% down payment and installment periods of up to 6 years.
He also emphasized that the project includes a comprehensive bundle of services encompassing a clubhouse, swimming pools, artificial lakes, green areas, kids areas, walking paths, 24/7 security and surveillance cameras, electronic gates, and parking garages. Accordingly, these features solidify its position as one of the most promising residential projects in Obour City.
Finally, he explained that obtaining the ministerial decree concurrently with the launching of the second phase represents a new starting point for “Lake House” project.
