Lake House Obour City has secured ministerial approval, marking a major milestone for Brevan Development. Meanwhile, the company has launched the second phase of the project with targeted sales exceeding EGP 1 billion. The achievement strengthens investor confidence and supports the project’s long-term growth strategy.

Eng. Saeed Sakr, Brevan Development CEO, said that obtaining the ministerial approval represents a significant milestone in the development of the “Lake House” project. Moreover, it reflects the company’s success in fulfilling all the necessary requirements and conditions to complete the project according to a comprehensive vision that ensures the protection of clients’ rights and maximizes the project’s investment value.

He added that the ministerial decree comes as a continuation of a series of successful implementation steps achieved by the project since its launch. Furthermore, he emphasized that Brevan has committed from day one to a scheduled timeline for implementation and development.
