Murtaqa Development is preparing to announce its new real estate project on Ismailia Road.
The project covers a net area of 210 feddans. It is located next to Misr International University (MIU) in the New Sheraton area, within Cairo’s Al Nozha district.
The development will consist entirely of villas. The master plan allocates 12% of the project to buildings. Meanwhile, 88% will feature green areas and open spaces.
The project will also maintain a low density of around four villas per feddan.

The project recently featured in a signing ceremony attended by Dr. Ibrahim Saber, Governor of Cairo.
During the ceremony, the governor reviewed the project’s master plan and planned services.
MP Amin Masoud, First Undersecretary of the Housing and Utilities Committee, also attended the event.
Representatives of Murtaqa Development joined the ceremony as well. Project partners, consultants, and other company leaders also took part.
Commercial Area to Support the Development
Murtaqa Development will soon launch the project’s commercial area.
The commercial component will form an important part of the overall development.

Inversion will support the project through development consulting and project management.
The company is led by Eng. Mohamed Diab and Eng. Kamel Ibrahim.
Its responsibilities include feasibility studies and development programs. The scope also covers design programs and project follow-up.
Azure Leads the Master Plan and Design
Azure, led by Eng. Omar Okail, will serve as the project’s main design consultant.
The company will handle the master plan and architectural design.
This role will help translate the project’s low-density vision into its overall planning and architectural approach.
MCG Oversees Engineering Supervision
MCG, led by Prof. Dr. Eng. Mohamed Masoud, will handle engineering supervision.
Prof. Dr. Eng. Mohamed Masoud also serves as Head of the Research Center.
MCG will monitor the project’s execution and provide engineering supervision throughout the development process.
GSCE Handles Soil and Foundation Studies
GSCE, led by Prof. Dr. Eng. Mohamed Taha, will provide soil and foundation studies.
