Digital Infrastructure Development
Under the agreement, WE will develop an advanced telecommunications infrastructure for Vie Collective in New Cairo.
The infrastructure will rely on FTTH (Fiber to the Home) technology. Therefore, it will provide ultra-fast internet services across the project.
Moreover, it will include Triple Play services such as internet, landline telephony, and IPTV digital television.
In addition, the partnership includes smart digital solutions. These include Home Automation systems and a Community Mobile App.
Furthermore, the project will integrate advanced smart technologies. As a result, customer experience and service efficiency will improve significantly.

Vie Collective Project Overview
Vie Collective is the first project by VIE Communities in Egypt. The project is a mixed-use development spanning 186 acres in a prime location along the Middle Ring Road in New Cairo.
It features a unique architectural design with diverse zones within an integrated master plan.
The project includes villas, townhouses, twin houses, duplexes, and residential apartments. It also includes commercial, administrative, and hospitality areas.
Construction has already begun through Sarh Construction Company, reflecting the developer’s commitment to delivery timelines.
VIE Communities was established through a strategic Egyptian–Emirati investment alliance.
The alliance includes Future of Egypt for Investment and Development, Glamour Jewelry, and Damas Real Estate. The company has total investments of approximately 150 billion EGP.
