Dr. Remon Taghian, CEO of CCR Developments, explained that the rebrand is a strategic response to rapid industry changes. It also reflects the growing demand for innovative and client-centric development.

Among its active projects is Front Gate, located in the MU23 area of the New Administrative Capital. Structural concrete works on the project have reached 100% completion. This mixed-use development spans 4,055 sqm and includes commercial, administrative, medical, and serviced units.
In addition, CCR is making strong progress with Core Mall, located in the R3 district of the New Capital. The mall sits on two 70-meter-wide roads and overlooks a main corridor. This corridor connects Sports City, the Mohamed Bin Zayed Axis, and the Central Business District.
The location is highly strategic. It’s just minutes from the capital’s main gate and adjacent to the R2 district, offering prime visibility and access.
